Location: Havergal College, 1451 Avenue Road, Toronto, Ontario M5N 2H9 MAP Directions using Toronto Transit: TTC Directions: Take the subway to Eglinton Station on the Yonge St. Line, then Bus #61A to go north on Avenue Road to Havergal College. Parking:Onsite parking is free with a main lot on the north side of the building, extra parking on the south side, and overflow parking on the tennis courts at the south west corner of the property. All parking is accessible from the main entrance off Avenue Road.

Plenary Session
"Learn Dis!" presented by The Inspired Playback Theatre Co. Start the day with an interactive play about the many sides of living with learning disabilities, and helping someone who does, before breaking into your workshop stream. David Jan Jurasek, MFA, CCC, Child and Family Therapist and MMA Instructor for Integra, along with his troupe of actors and musicians, take real stories and reflect them through the power of Playback Theatre. Tailored specifically to the world of dyslexia, you won't want to miss the opportunity to be a part of this poignant and groudbreaking experience!
*Note: audience participation/sharing of stories is optional and only select stories will be featured during the play.

- Pre-Registration ends April 23, 2010. Any registration received after April 23, 2010 will not be processed and will be returned. Onsite registrations may still be available after this date. Call or email conference@idaontario.com
- Attendees may register online (preferred) or by mail. Registrations are NOT accepted via telephone. Onsite registration will be available, space permitting.
- All information on the Registration Form must be complete and accurate for your registration to be processed
- Registration will not be processed without full payment
- Receipts and Confirmation of Registration will be by email only

- A limited number of full scholarships are available to qualified applicants. Please click here to download the application form.
Members and Students
- IDA members must include their Membership Identification Number on the registration form to be eligible for the member rate. Please email info@interdys.org if you do not know your membership number.
- Students must provide proof of full-time student status to access the student rate. Please email or mail a copy of your student ID within 24 hours of online registration or send a copy with your mail-in registration form.
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation deadline is April 10, 2010; there will be no refunds for cancellations of any type or for no-shows after this date. Please mail written notification of cancellation to: IDA, Ontario Branch, 250 Donlea Drive, Toronto, ON, M4G 2N2
- Notifications must be received on or before April 10, 2010. A processing fee of $20 for each individual refund will be assessed.
- Cancellations received on or before April 10, 2010, will be eligible for a 50% refund, less the $20 processing fee.
- Cancellations after April 10, 2010, will not be eligible for a refund.
All refunds will be processed 6 – 8 weeks after the Annual Conference. |
